My mom sent me a a fun filled care package of halloween treats a few weeks ago when I had asked her to send me a few halloween cookie cutters she was saving for me - a 3 pack from Wilton of a ghost, cat, and bat. The box must have had some extra space in it so she loaded it with Halloween themed goodies -- including Halloween cupcake wrappers, paper plates, napkins, gummy pumpkins & sour gummy bears, gummy worms, ghost & pumpkin peeps, candy corn, and PEZ dispensers. I knew I had to do something special with all of it so I decided I'd do a little dessert table photo shoot. I got creative and repackaged the treats in different ways to improve on their presentation and grab-ability. I also baked & decorated Halloween cookies and made cupcakes.
Of course, this would be completely lame if this spread was just for a photo shoot, so I invited over a few friends last minute to help with "Dessert Table Demolition". Let's just say -- the crew did a heck of job tearing down the spread.
